General Reservation conditions:
For individual reservation: A prepayment of 30% is requiered and the prepayment is refundable only if the cancellation is noticed with 15 days before the check-in.
For group reservations (more than 1 accommodation space) : A prepayment of 30% is requiered and the prepayment is refundable only if the cancellation is noticed with 22 days before the check-in
Special conditions for booking.com reservations:
The client give the right to the accommodation provider to pre-authorized the credit card provided.
Standard rate: Free cancellation for all the cancellations made before 7 days the arrival otherwise the fee is the total price for 1 night.
Non-refundable: The total price of the reservations is charged in the same day of the reservation.
