Booking conditions:
30% of total price as prepayment to reserve the apartment.

It is prohibited to smoke in all our apartments.

For group reservations (more than 1 accommodation space) : A prepayment of 30% is requiered and the prepayment is refundable only if the cancellation is noticed with 22 days before the check-in

The client give the right to the accommodation provider to pre-authorized the credit card provided.
Standard rate: Free cancellation for all the cancellations made before 7 days the arrival otherwise the fee is the total price for 1 night.
Non-refundable: The total price of the reservations is charged in the same day of the reservation.
